The room available is the large master suite 500sqft (16' x 20', about 320sqft bed room with a 20 ft vaulted ceiling, two large windows, king Tempur-Pedic bed, walk-in closet plus additional reach-in closet, and a private Jack-and-Jill style bathroom area that includes a Jacuzzi tub, two vanities, and a private toilet area. The room also comes with a separate full-size French refrigerator for your personal use. The two other tenants are single males over 50 who are quiet, respectful, and easy to live with, and they have been there over a year and two years respectively. Everyone gets along well and keeps a calm, drama-free house. The home is non-smoking, pet-free, and we are looking for someone with a healthy lifestyle who fits that environment. Rent is $1000/ (Neg)month, month-to-month lease, and a thorough background check and references are required, the same as the other tenants.
