While linens and bathroom towels are included, renters are responsible for doing their own laundry and keeping their own space clean. There is no smoking. Any dog/s brought with you should be introduced to the other dogs before moving in (to be sure they get along first). There is also no parking on the street during the month of October (per the city because of the state fair). Driveway parking is available.
