Cost saving apartments with small community. One swimming pool. One play ground. Lots of garbage area. Lot of parking area per lots. Lease office is clean and provide nice service. Small fitness room....

It's decent, but more expensive than comparable apts located nearby.
The sauna is out of order most of the time, as are the washers in the laundry room.
