new manager in 2025 keeps billing me excess illegal move-in and holding fees ETC...even though I moved in 7 weeks ago. I have emailed her many times and she is so confused and unprofessional.

One star because the management here acts like children. Never had an apartment manager or a landlord get upset at me for asking for a copy of a document. Got ignored in a waiting room for 30 minutes....
