Don’t bother going to open houses here. The sign said open until 6 and we showed up at 5, waited for 15 minutes for someone to appear then they refused to give a tour. Waste of time.

The grounds are well-kept and the front office are super nice and helpful. My unit is closer to the bay and the views from windows & balcony are amazing. The incidents I’ve heard about from neighbors...
