We're looking for a 3rd roommate to take a bedroom in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house near San Pablo Park in Berkeley. The room is 8' x 11', unfurnished, with a 24" x 92" closet and the bathroom is shared with one female roommate. The house is 1,475 sq ft and has great shared spaces, including a large living room, dining area, spacious kitchen, back patio, and front yard. There's also an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and free street parking. The house is right in front of the basketball courts at San Pablo Park and not far from Berkeley Bowl West. It's an easy commute to UC Berkeley campus and Ashby BART Station, and there's even a Lyft bike station right in front of the house! With San Pablo Park right outside, you'll have easy access to tennis courts, basketball courts, green space, and more. About us: You'd be living with two current roommates one female PhD student at UC Berkeley and one male working professional and UC Berkeley alum. We're looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful of noise levels, and easy to live with.
