It has a large quartz countertop, farmhouse sink, and is definitely a working kitchen (if you love to cook, it has what you need to serve a great meal). The two spacious living rooms both have large couches. The front living room is in the open kitchen and dining area that flows seamlessly onto a large deck, where you can sip your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset while watching surfers catch waves when the swell is just right. The second living room is where the TV is located, and it is next to the screen room that also has a seating area that is perfect for reading or doing a little work on your laptop. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and in suite master bathroom. The French doors in the room open to the private backyard with a cozy seating area and fire pit - perfect for evening by the fire with a glass of wine. The second bedroom also will have a queen bed (it currently has a futon as you see in the photos). It is right across the hall from the second full bathroom that has a deep tub. The first office space has a large desk (stand up or sit down) as well as a monitor you can connect your laptop to. There is an additional office studio in the backyard with a desk, shelves, etc. The house is fully furnished and stocked with linens, towels, etc. It has everything you need for a standard kitchen. All utilities minus electric are included (you will be responsible for electric) as well as a monthly cleaning from our cleaner. The house is available for rent from late October 2026 through October 31st, 2027. Lease options for 6 and 12 months.
