The cottage, located three blocks from the beach, is fully furnished and features two spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a new king bed, and the other has a queen-size bed. Plenty of high ceilings throughout, new flooring, a big-screen TV, a washer/dryer, a down couch, new appliances, and a kitchen that has been completely remodeled. There is a balcony out the front door where you can have your coffee or sip a cool drink in the evening. Additionally, there is a full patio with a table that seats 6, a gas barbecue, and a fire pit area. We supply everything for you, including wireless internet, an iron and ironing board, sheets, towels, a hair dryer, and complete cookware for all your needs. This home has lots of windows and is light and airy. There is an unusual number of closets in the home for lots of storage. This is an upstairs unit. The owner pays for water, garbage, and internet. The renter is responsible for gas and electricity. No smoking and no pets. This is a 12-month rental, from October 1st to September 30th
