Furnished room for rent in our single-family home in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood in west Dublin. We are less than 1.7 miles from BART and I-580 / I-680, and very close to schools. The room: Approximately 12' x 12', furnished, with closet. You'll share the main bathroom with our son when he's here. Weekly bathroom cleaning is included in rent. Included: All utilities, wifi, weekly bathroom cleaning, washer and dryer in the garage, use of the backyard patio, and street parking in front of the house. When you use the kitchen you have full access to plates, utensils, cookware, and everything else. What we're looking for: Someone clean, respectful, responsible, honest, and low drama. A working professional is preferred. Kitchen: This is the most important thing to understand before you apply. We cook at home almost every day/night (usually three meals a day) and we're in the kitchen a lot. We're looking for a light kitchen user. You'll have one refrigerator shelf and one area in the cabinet, and the kitchen can be made generally available at certain times. Storage: There's no additional storage beyond the room itself. If it doesn't fit in the room, you'll need a storage unit. A bike is fine, we have room for that outside. House rules: No pets No smoking inside No drugs in the house, no drug use, no heavy drinking No overnight guests THIS IS A MONTH TO MONTH AGREEMENT Either party may end the tenancy with at least 30 days written notice, and notice must be given so that the tenancy ends on the last day of a calendar month. There are no prorated partial months on move out. Last month rent is already covered by the last month's rent you paid at move in, so nothing further is owed.
