Room includes a shared with 1 other tenant bathroom, in bathroom you will have your own medicine cabinet plus 1 drawer and 2 cabinets. kitchen privileges along with 1 shelf in fridge and 1/2 of drawer in freezer. Resident will also have 1 large kitchen cupboard. Resident will have 2 specific days per week for laundry use. Entire house has newer Vinyl floors. Smoking permitted outside, all butts must be properly and safely extinguished and disposed of. Property is 420 friendly. No pets as house already has one over active Boston Terrier and 2 indoor cats. Caution must be taken to not let pets out. Large fenced yard. Wonderful sweet neighborhood with a creek behind house. Current tenant is senior single lady and young lady. This room is single occupancy only. Must work outside of home. Additional Overnight visitor welcome up to 2 nights per month. Nights do not roll over to following month if not used. WE WILL NEED TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE MESSAGES. I CAN NOT ADJUST TO AVAILABLE TIMES.
