Gateway Village is a 56-unit affordable housing community. Housing choice voucher holders are eligible to apply. Paid utilities include: water, sewer, and garbage. On-site amenities include: a large community room, laundry room, and security cameras to help keep the community safe and quiet. Please read the checklist and criteria for eligibility and fill out the application thoroughly. Be aware that Gateway Village does not choose residents on a first-come, first-served basis.
