We are walking distance to Henry Cowell State Park, garden of eden, hiking/biking trails and located on the San Lorenzo Valley River. We are 10 minutes from Santa Cruz/Scott's Valley and 20 minutes from UCSC. All utilities and internet are included in the price (dependant on occupancy) and we have on-site laundry. A little bit about us, we love the boardwalk, hiking and game nights. We are usually gone during the workday except I quietly work from home. We also have a 15 yo fur baby.
