I live here. Rent is controlled. Only goes up 4% per year. Caren the manager is a really nice lady. Apartments are really old and she fixes anything that breaks.

Nice studio apartments fairly cheap prices. Also is right next to Los Gatos police car parking lot and officers training grounds
