This is a small community of 8 individual 1-br/1-ba bungalows. All were stripped down to studs and rebuilt in 2006. Each unit has washer/dryer hook ups. If there are existing units, tenant is responsible for any repairs and/or replacement. Each unit also has individual heat pump for heating & AC as well as water heater. Mininum 1-year lease, can be longer, or followed by month-to-month. Detached garage, if one is available, is optional at additional $200/mo. Will consider a house trained, nonaggressions breed dog ( 25# or less) that will not bother neighbors for an additional $50/month, additional $500 pet deposit. No smoking, vaping in or outside the bungalow. Tenant pays for all utilities including $75/mo for water and garbage.
