Biking distance to Stanford, Palo Alto & Menlo Park downtowns, Menlo Park Library and Caltrain stations. Excellent local market with delicious sandwiches and organic produce is blocks away. Single person only. No smoking or vaping. No firearms. No illegal substances or behaviors. No parties, large groups or overnight guests without prior permission from owners. Halloween is a big deal for us and we go all out with a family friendly pirate theme every year in the front yard including fencing, pneumatic props that move, loads of skeleton pirates, etc. When you reply please tell us something about yourself. $1700/month including utilities, internet, garbage, and gardener.
