The house is very popular for summer interns. It is walking/biking distance to Stanford, Tesla, Amazon and other high tech. Very safe neighborhood, many interns(Master, PHD) and Stanford graduates stayed here. For short term, we do airbnb as well. Seeking roommates for a 4br/2ba 1,800 sqft house in Midtown Palo Alto. Fully furnished with nice bed and computer desk. Just need to bring your suite case. 8 min drive 15 min bike from Stanford 0.7 mile to Cal Ave. Current roommates includes Stanford, and professional works for high tech ... This is the cheapest room in the house, please call /text for availability The house rules are pretty basic - be respectful of the other roommates, keep noise to a minimum late at night, clean up after yourself, pitch in to keep the common areas reasonably clean, no smoking inside, no drugs, etc. Each bathroom is shared by two roommates. There's a nice BBQ grill in the backyard, a washer & dryer in the garage, and a dishwasher. The neighborhood is really nice and safe, and the neighbors are friendly.
