Roach infested, poor AC that consistently breaks for days at a time in the summer and they say legally you're not entitled to AC according to tenant laws and my APT is 97 degrees internal temp!!!!!!! ...

Pros: Maintenance repairs are done in a timely manner and preventive maintenance and groundskeeping is done. The apartments are also spacious ...
