About 1 mile away are the Point Richmond hills which contain a maze of trails though which you hike and enjoy fantastic 3 bridge views (Golden Gate bridge, Richmond-San Rafael bridge, and Bay Bridge) Wonderfully sweet neighbors are on all sides. A very nice K-6 school is 3 blocks away. A bus stop is 1 block away (15min ride to BART). There is a small washer/dryer around back that is shared by Unit B, but an excellent Laundromat is less than 1 block away (a 5min walk or 1min drive).
