Looking for a roommate to share a recently built, 3-story townhouse located in the brand new 3Roots community of Sorrento Mesa. Includes a spacious common area flooded with natural light, upstairs lounge space, small balcony, and 2-car garage. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. A modern home with quartz countertops, wood cabinets, dishwasher, washer & dryer, and solar energy system. Community amenities include FREE, state-of-the-art FIT Gym membership, sauna, 2 pools, recreation center, walking trails and parks. The community park is a 1-minute walk away and UTC shopping mall is short a 5+ minute drive. Roommates are two females in their mid 30s who work hybrid and remotely, and one small, very sleepy dog. We're looking for a single-occupant renter interested in a 6 or 12-month lease. First month's rent, security deposit, and 700+ credit score are required. Utilities + internet will be split amongst roommates. We're looking for a working professional who wants a nice relaxing home during the weekdays. We'd like a respectful roommate who keeps the common areas clean after using. Pets considered on an individual basis and would require a pet deposit of $500. No cigarette smoking (vapes outside are fine).
