We have a large furnished room with PRIVATE bathroom available August 15th at our house in North Pacific Beach. (As early as August 1st). The house is a 3 story duplex with the top two floors separate from the first first floor. The top floor has this master bedroom, kitchen and living room with amazing view so it's almost like your own apartment. There is a washer/dryer on site and a fridge and full kitchen. The house has an amazing view of the ocean, city, bay and beach. Large furnished living room. Plenty of street parking as there are only homes on one side of the street. We are about 15 minutes by car to UCSD and walking distance to the beach/bars of Pacific Beach. Rent is $1,500 per month and utilities average another ~$100. Utilities include wifi, gas, electricity, water, and trash. (August is obviously pro-rated). The roommates are all college/grad students or young professionals and male. They are rarely home. This is NOT a party house. We are looking for responsible and respectful roommates. Short term leases are acceptable and you are not required to sign a 12 month lease. Deposit is one month's rent and utility. If interested, please write me a little about yourself so I can at least gauge if you fit with the property and the other individuals living here.
