You'll be signing on for a year long lease. The room is unfurnished and you'll be sharing a bathroom with one person. Dining and living areas come furnished. Amenities include: in-unit washer/dryer, gated parking (you'd have your own parking spot), and central heating. (No A/C) Our home is super close to the 5 and 805! We're also a short walk from the Orange Line trolley and the 3 & 5 bus stops. Rent is $1125 month, plus another $1125 initially for the security deposit. Internet and gas are an additional ~$100/mo.
