There is a smart TV in the living room, a gorgeous patio deck with outdoor seating and dining, complete with fire pit. Downstairs in the den you'll find another queen sized bed, a separate living space, half bath, kitchenette and tons on games for the family to play. The backyard has a couple chairs and Cornhole! There's free parking in the back of the home, as well as the driveway, and unregulated street parking. In the garage there is a washer and dryer for your use. We do not do leases over 6 months long.
