There are 2 bathrooms, only one has a bathtub. Utilities will be billed monthly through Zillow as a one time payment. You'll find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and a convenient corner store within walking distance, ensuring you have everything you need nearby. This unit comes with assigned tandem parking for only 2 vehicles. We do provide WIFI and all the beach essentials (beach chairs, umbrellas,etc) you would need to enjoy a day on the bay and relax. This is a great spot for a small family, someone who works remotely, traveling nurses, military families relocating, someone in transition with a move, etc. The room and bed types it is not ideal for multiple adult roommates.
