There is a loft (with some steep stairs to get to it) the property itself has a space for gardening and you will have tons of space to do what you'd like outside. To get to the property- you have to walk down a fairly steep hill with some solar lights. Laundry machine use can be negotiated with the main house at the top of the hill. Utilities included in the price. WiFi available but connected to main house so may need to be negotiated , 5g works just fine.
