The room is $1,150/month. With utilities (wifi, water, and electricity), it usually comes around $1,250-$1,300/month. The condo is two story with washer and dryer in unit. You would have a garage parking spot and a garage door opener. The bed photographed in the room is full size but a queen can fit. Most of the furniture in the photos are not included.
