No deposit required (It's already paid). I'm a nursing student and I work full time. I am looking for a female roommate. I am open to pets! This lease technically ends in December. I will be re-signing, as I will still have a year of school left. The lease duration is 1 year, although there is no penalty for removing/adding tenants to the lease, meaning you can remove yourself at any time, it would just be your responsibility to fill the room for the remaining duration of the lease.
