I'm fairly quiet, often hiking, and I work in Biotech. I can easily move things around within the shared living space to accommodate your preferences. My only request is to have no perfume/cologne, candles, nor incense in the apartment as I am allergic. Current lease will run until Nov 2027 with likely renewal. I have lived here since Jun 2020.
