In the front house is my wife and my two little boys and me , we are very respectful, and mindful. We are very communicative and easy to get along with. Honesty , mannerisms, consideration, and politeness is something we give and expect in return. We have an American bully he's a very playful dog. We had two different previous tenants in the last 3 years, our last tenant just left end of January 2026. She was with us for over 1 1/2. The utilities are included, also WiFi. We have a fire pit that can be enjoyed with advanced notice. The rental will not be a place for party's , kick backs or high foot traffic. This is a month to month , there will be late fees for rent.
