For rent is a huge, fully furnished private room available in our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house an easy walk from campus. The room is the size of a master bedroom. Both students and non-students are welcome. The House & Room: The Bedroom: Features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, a TV, and plenty of space to make your own. You could even add a desk and still have plenty of space. The Bathrooms: One of the shared bathrooms has just been fully remodeled honestly, it's nicer than the master bath. Shared Spaces: Multiple work and study spots are spread throughout the house if you need a change of scenery. The Crew: You'll be sharing the home with me (Rob), my roommate Ryan, and two small, friendly dogs named Biggie and Lil' Baby. The pups are well-behaved and mostly just look for belly rubs. About Us: Rob: I'm an active 40-something and am in commercial real estate. Ryan: He's in his mid-20s, working on his master's at SDSU, and also faculty at the university. We keep the house pretty relaxed. It's definitely not a party house, but we're easy to get along with, share a lot of laughs, crack jokes, etc. Our last roommate was a female postdoc researcher/faculty member at SDSU who recently moved back to Spain after a fantastic year with us. We loved the dynamic we had and are hoping to find another great, like-minded person to round out the house.
