Two-Room Private Suite + Private Bathroom The available space is much roomier than a typical room rental. You'll have TWO PRIVATE ROOMS, each approximately 10' x 12', plus your own PRIVATE FULL BATHROOM. Together, the three spaces create your own private wing of the house. One room works perfectly as a bedroom, while the second can be your dedicated home office, den, or hobby space. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom sits between the two rooms with direct access from each. (See the last image for a diagram of the private suite layout.) The rooms will be furnished mostly as pictured, including a queen bed and office furniture (less the decor). I've tried to preserve its original charm while mixing period pieces I've found at estate sales with newer pieces that complement the style. You'll have full use of the shared kitchen and living areas, as well as the backyard and outdoor space, including a grill, fenced grassy yard shaded by mature fruit trees, and a raised garden bed you're welcome to use. The washer and dryer are in the garage, and there's plenty of street parking. The home is located in a quiet, friendly residential part of Del Cerro with convenient access to grocery stores, SDSU, and I-8. Del Cerro is centrally located within San Diego, making it easy to get to Downtown, the beaches, Mission Valley, and many of the city's surrounding neighborhoods. A Little About Me: I'm in my late 30s and work full-time as a scientist in biotech. I'm single and will be the only other person living in the house. The dog in the photos is mine, but he'll primarily live with my ex-wife and only visit occasionally. I'm friendly, active, and social, but I also appreciate downtime and having my own space. During the week, I'm generally working in-office and keep things low-key in the evenings. On weekends, if I am not doing chores around the home or batch cooking for the week, I enjoy getting out and about. I'm into pickleball, running, woodworking, exploring new coffee shops, and generally whatever fun activity San Diego has to offer.
