The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, side tables and TV. The current lease is a month to month listing for a maximum of six months until May 31st (whichever occurs first). The unit will not be available until October 1st 2026. Renters are not expected to pay half the internet bill, but will be required to pay half the SDG&E bill. I do not currently have cable, but purchasing cable is available if you desire, which will be your responsible to pay the extra fee. There is a huge selection of onsite parking throughout the condo complex, so parking near the unit is not an issue. All smoking should be done on the balcony or outside and there are no pets allowed. This area is a great location and amazing view. I'm really laid back and believe in being honest and respectful.
