Owner lives in the back unit, and have someone clean the common area very often. I am looking for a working professional or college student who is clean and respectful. This is a short term lease at $1,250 flat rate per month only, with $1,250 security deposit. This includes high speed internet, utilities, reserved driveway parking and on-site laundry. You have a lot of privacy since the landlord does not live with you, and all the other 3 roommates are working professionals who are barely home.
