This is a fully furnished, two story tropical beach house with attached garage. The house is currently available January 1 - March 31, 2027 with flexibility on those dates. It's conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach, a laid back and vibrant surf town close to Belmont Park, SeaWorld and La Jolla. It's a minute's walk from the ocean, bay, boardwalk, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a second floor tree top deck and a large third floor deck to relax and view Sea World fireworks. Plenty of outdoor privacy from the decks. There is also a ground level patio located off the main floor for your morning coffee. Very quiet and peaceful location for work and play. You'll feel like everyday is a vacation! The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig, microwave and a fully stocked kitchen. There is an attached garage (18' deep x 13' wide x 73" tall). The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds and is a loft layout. It has a french doors opening up to the second deck patio with tree top dining/lounging area and another roof top deck. There's also a queen-size air mattress and large sectional sofa. Our family friendly neighborhood is located on Mission Beach peninsula. It is a short walk to Santa Clara Recreation Center offering a variety of water sport lessons and rentals for everyone! New playground is just a short walk on the bay. Steps away from Better Buzz Coffee and Cafe and local beach market. If you like to SUP, surf, water activities or fishing this is the spot for you! Great location for biking, walking or just relaxing at the beach. Plenty of water sport rentals available near house. Beach supplies include umbrellas, chairs, towels, boogie boards, surf board, beach toys, cooler with wheels and a beach cart to haul it all!
