Master Bedroom available for Sub-lease My roomate and I (25, 24) are looking to fill the master bedroom in this lovely townhome near 4S Ranch. Utilities are not included in base rent but will be divided evenly of course. Lease Length negotiable, my current lease is through August of next year Private Master Bedroom has private master bath and huge walk-in closet. Bedroom is currently unfurnished. Open to working professionals of any kind (remote, hybrid etc) open to couples or 2 friends sharing the room. Or just one person. We currently have a small dog and aren't looking to add anymore (sorry 3) Current Utility split is unknown have only been here a month. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, less than a mile from a Target and a few small shopping centers. Plenty of street parking available. Current garage space is rented out separately :). Community Pool access available as a sweet plus. 1st month rent and deposit due at signing. Hoping for a Sep-Aug lease length, 6 months is probably the minimum I would prefer. No smoking on property (not my decision)
