Private Room in Shared Home with Pool & Hot Tub Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego, CA Own bedroom. Shared bathroom. Two housemates who, statistically, are probably not terrible. We are working professionals who love being active riding motorcycles, playing pool and volleyball. This one comes with a pool and hot tub, because apparently paradise now requires a lease agreement. Property has 4 bedrooms 3 baths total. The Room A private bedroom. No negotiating closet real estate or defending your side of a shared room. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant. The Perks Pool access, for that "I'll just cool off for a minute" lie you'll tell yourself daily Hot tub, prime real estate for sunset soaks or quietly plotting your next big move Shared common areas Two other tenants in the house, easygoing and reasonably considerate (references available on request, presumably) Shared utilities Security deposit one months rent ($1400) Pets welcomed Driveway parking Two roommates who like their space clean and their weekends full. We ride motorcycles, play volleyball, and spend a lot of time outside hiking, the beach, whatever San Diego's got going. We're also big into food, always looking for the next good spot to try. At home, we're quiet and tidy we keep things clean and respect each other's space. That said, we're not looking for a stranger who just happens to live here. We'd love a third roommate who's up for the occasional hangout, a beach day, or grabbing food together, while still valuing a calm, low-key home. We are in our 30's and one of us work from home.
