Welcome home to this freshly renovated two-bedroom, one-bath lower-level unit in the quiet, residential Parkside neighborhood. It offers about 800 square feet of living space, a private entrance and backyard access, with modern finishes throughout. Inside, wide-plank white oak floors run through the unit, and recessed lighting keeps every room bright. The kitchen has quartz countertops, a white subway tile backsplash, flat-panel cabinets with plenty of storage, and a deep undermount sink with a pull-down faucet. Stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Bosch over-the-range microwave and a sleek induction cooktop. Both bedrooms are comfortable and filled with natural light. One has its own door leading directly out to the backyard, so it's easy to step outside for morning coffee, gardening or some fresh air. The bathroom feels like a spa. It has a walk-in shower with a sliding glass door, a rainfall showerhead plus a handheld wand, and floor-to-ceiling marble-look tile. A floating vanity with an integrated sink and modern lighting finishes the room.
