Fairmount Hill Apartments

1 Bed with Views and Parking - Nestled on top of a large hill on the cult-de-sac of Castro at Duncan (tip-top of Noe Valley), this lower floor unit features quiet living and incredible views! Unless you are an expert hill climber, the Fairmount Hill Apartments are not within walking distance to many things, so this unit is for those who need to live in the city but don't exactly want to experience "city living". The roomy living area is open to the dining area and contains a bright, south-facing sliding glass door to the large patio with sweeping views of the southern end of the city. The quaint galley kitchen is big on function with open shelving and generous cabinetry, an electric stove, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. The bedroom is large enough for a queen or king bed and additional furniture and has a sizable walk-in closet. The wallpapered bathroom features shower over tub and storage in both the double door vanity and the tri-fold medicine cabinet, as well as a spacious linen closet with ample shelving right outside. This unit comes with one dedicated parking space in the uncovered parking lot and there is coin-op laundry in the building. Pets will not be considered. This unit is under rent control and the lease terms are 12 months. Owner pays water and garbage.
