I don't understand that if you choose to live in an apartment complex, you will expect total peace and quiet. If that is what you seek, then a house or duplex might be suitable. I don't complain about...

Awful. We scheduled a tour here but nobody showed up for our tour. I had to take my baby wait outside for nothing. Very bad experience not sure how they run this business.
