I am looking to find someone to take over my spot in a super cute apartment in Seabright. For $1725 all utilities are included, laundry, and a fully furnished kitchen/living room with a dishwasher. It is walking distance to the climbing gym and beach. There is also a private garage for storage. You would be living with a sweet, mature, and easy going housemate and pet. Unfortunately no other pets would be allowed in the house. There is one bathroom and it is shared. This place would be ideal for someone in their 30s or 40s who is a working professional looking for a peaceful, mature environment to call home. It would be nice to have someone who enjoys a sense of community in the home and is open to sharing meals or hanging out once in a while. Female or queer person is prefered! This is a year long lease. We are looking to find someone to sublease until July 1st and then rent longer.
