Our current roommate is moving over the hill, so we're looking for someone new to come move in! There is an empty bedroom that we use as a guest or study room. We are tidy, like spending time outside and enjoy working in the yard. About the house: 1 room available in a 1,200 sq ft single family house (NOT manufactured home) 1 private room (approx 12x12) with hallway bath, built-in closet and drawers comes furnished, can come unfurnished upon request Available immediately LOCATION: Live Oak/Santa Cruz, CA 1 mile walk to Sunny Cove Beach 1.5 miles to Capitola Mall 2.5 Miles to Downtown Santa Cruz and Boardwalk HOUSE: Fully furnished 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house. Kitchen stocked with cooking supplies, appliances and utensils. In-home gym and laundry room. ROOM - Room is approximately 12' x 12' with built-in closet (approx 6' wide) and built in drawers. Rooms come furnished with bed, desk, lighting, window blinds, and dresser. Hallway bath next to room. We have a separate bathroom. Room can come unfurnished upon request.
