Older apt. complex, 8 units total, quiet neighborhood, near beaches & shopping. Room is private, bath and in unit laundry are shared. One off street parking space. Room for one person only, please. Absolutely no smokers, vaping, no drugs and prefer no alcohol. I am retired, quiet and friendly, but tend to keep to myself. I have a former feral cat who can be very skittish with strangers. No additional pets, please. Please note that I am old school and do not text at all. I prefer to speak with prospective tenants by phone to set up a time to tour the house. The listed phone is my home phone and I do have voice mail set up. Please call if interested. Thank you. Contract will include rent and half of utilities. The water bill runs around $65 monthly for two people people. The Gas & Electric runs roughly $100, depending on season. They are billed monthly and I will advise when payments are due. Must be pet friendly as I have one former feral cat who can be very skittish. No further animals, please. I would like at least two work references and two housing/credit references.
