The shared garage includes a washer and dryer for tenant use (shared between the two sides of the duplex) and also provides tenant storage for bikes and other belongings, but is not intended for tenant vehicle parking. There is off-street parking for one or two vehicles on the large paved driveway. Looking for long-term tenant -- prefer one year lease. The tenant should value quiet and enjoy country life.
