I have a room up for rent and am looking for another Male to fill the space! Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Spring Valley, about a mile from the center of the town. 2 community pools, a park and tennis courts are all included within the HOA. The house has a smart HVAC system, solar panels and a security system. 2 driveway spots are available with an abundance of street parking within the neighborhood. Rent is $1600 a month, and 1/3 the price for utilities and high speed internet. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. HOA covered by me. About me: I am from Southern NJ and graduated from Rutgers University in 2021. I'm currently a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy and am looking for other working professionals who will be respectful of the house. The other roommate, Frankie, is also in the Navy. Strong preference for other Male Junior Officers, but open to all who are interested!
