Place is old, rent is decent. Move-out charges were a bit high. Maintenance takes time. Parking is an issue if guests are being hosted.

I lived here for over 5 years. Then they wanted to raise the rent. So they gave a notice of termination. All the people not from India were given the same notice. The entire complex is now immigrants...
