This home is available for ski lease from December 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027 or January 2, 2027 to May 2, 2027 for $4500 per month plus utilities Situated in a park like setting, this 4 bedroom/1.5 bathroom vacation cabin is located on the Old Brockway Golf Course in Kings Beach for wonderful privacy. The rental cabin is centrally located to walk to all the conveniences in Kings Beach including Safeway, North Tahoe Beach Center, Spindleshanks Restaurant, and the shops and stores in Kings Beach . The cabin has been nicely appointed and features a rock fireplace with a woodstove insert, new granite counter tops, open floor plan, bar area, spacious bedrooms with one the upstairs bedrooms with twin beds being great for kids since it also has a flatscreen TV. Timelines and Costs: $1500.00 non-refundable deposit will be necessary to secure the house (due up front). The $1500.00 deposit will be applicable to the first month's rent. The $3000 will be refundable at the end of the lease provided there isn't any damage or extra cleaning. A four month ski lease will have 3 free housekeeping visits. Each visit is a total of two man hours of cleaning and will help keep the kitchen, bathrooms, and house maintained during the lease. $300 a month total for the fixed utilities. This $300 a month pays for the water, trash, sewer, cable tv, and high speed internet service. A four month lease would have a total of $1200.00 (4 x $300) for the fixed utilities. The gas and electric will be switched into the tenants name at the start of the lease. The bills will be sent directly to the tenant. Frozen pipes will be the responsibility of the tenants if the thermostat was left lower than 55 degrees or turned off. There will be a $200 service fee charged by Agate Bay Realty if utilities are not transferred into the tenants name when the lease takes effect. We will send multiple reminders. $800-$900 for snow removal (estimate; each driveway is different). Half the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival (November 2, 2026) and the other half is due prior to move-in (by January 2, 2027).
