Certain furniture can be added, but preference is to keep the bed in the room for storage considerations. Bathroom: large, walk-in shower, two sink vanity and pretty Spanish style tiling. Second half-bath in common area available for use as well. Shared space: Home is 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen has granite countertops and open layout with dining and living room. Livingroom has a large sectional and 60in TV. Parking: While there is a garage, the expectation is the parking would be in the large driveway. Amenities: Starlink internet, laundry in the house, central A/C. Large rear deck that both bedrooms access directly. Surrounding: Grounds are very peaceful and quiet, with most homes sitting on multiple acres of land. To that end, the area is quite remote so it will be a 10-15min drive to get to grocery/gas. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is your place. Roommate: Roommate is the owner, male, early 70s. Was planning to live alone after building the home, but recent health issues requires support with his dogs. The rent is priced low because the expectation is that the roommate would help with morning and occasional incremental walks/care for the pups. Month to month, with 30 day notice, though hope is for a 3-6mo commitment at a minimum. Preference is for no overnight guests nor drinking. No smoking. Clean and respectful. As stated in the description, the expectation is the support with walking of the dogs, which includes an early morning walk at a minimum. We are in the process of looking for rehoming of the dogs so this responsibility may be short lived.
