Our home is in like new condition. We will consider any rental longer than 30 nights, but any lease longer than six months can only be a month-to-month thereafter. We are located at the end corner lot of a quiet street, offering a tranquil setting with minimal traffic. It's just a stone's throw from Lake Skinner Recreational Center. With five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, it is large enough for a sizeable family. Our entertainment room boasts vintage arcade games and offers endless fun for all ages. It features a private swimming pool with an attached spa, a spacious patio area with large outdoor dining tables, a fire pit, and covered shaded spaces for lounging. With no neighbor on one side, the fully walled-in backyard ensures your privacy, making it the perfect place for a peaceful retreat. Make your home life a little greener. Our home is solar-powered and equipped with a Tesla Powerwall for reliable power supply and a Tesla Charger for your electric vehicle. The owner will consider any stay longer than 30 nights. An optional +$300 per month utilities fee applies. If the renter would like to put the utilities in their name while staying, we can waive that fee. Renters pay a $99 per month damage waiver protection fee instead of a security deposit.
