The beautiful stylishly built private and secluded cottage is overlooking our fifteen-acre citrus grove with an expansive wrap-around deck complete with outdoor seating, a fire table, a barbecue, and dining for six, all under a stunning China Berry tree. The kitchen was created with the home chef in mind and is fully equipped with a 36" top-of-the-line chefs range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dinette for six, with french door access to the deck and a lovely view of the citrus orchard. The primary bedroom has a California King-sized bed with dual nightstands, dual USB plug outlets, blackout shades, reading lights, a dedicated HVAC system, and french door access to the outdoor deck. The bathroom is beautifully designed with soaring ceilings, a large walk-in shower, and single vanity with counter space. The secondary bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with storage, blackout shades, floating nightstands, dual USB plug outlets, reading lights, a desk with chair, a dedicated HVAC system, and french door access to the outdoor deck. The Living room has french door access to the outdoor deck, blackout shades, foldout slipcovered queen sofa bed, cocktail ottoman, 55-inch smart tv, and overall seating for five. There is also a private laundry room attached to the cottage. Food: Rincon Market is 10 minutes away and has pretty much everything you need for cooking. Instacart also delivers here! Please note that if you want Chef Lara to cook for you: Enjoying a meal here at the farm is a much loved, special experience (but this is not a restaurant:) Food must be pre-arranged and prepaid in advance, food is not always available or guaranteed and we cannot have late food requests due to the busy nature of our lives , no exceptions.
