Great location + great amenities.
Hayes valley is great, and begins just one block west. The civic center BART is really close too, and the walk there via city hall is reasonably pleasant.

I enjoyed living at 150 Van Ness. I called it home for the past 2 years. The location is awesome, close to Hayes Valley and within walking distance to BART and the metro. My packages were never lost. ...
